BeeTV: First TV station in Japan specifically for phone users
BeeTV is the first TV station in Japan that is dedicated for phone users who want to watch mobile TV in its phone. BeeTV company which is a partnership between NTT DoCoMo and Avex Group will make cell phone users will not be saturated/bored when waiting. While services like these already have in 1-Seg TV but BeeTV using a different technology, through HSDPA connection and also use the format that matches the type of display that is on most phones.
Movies will also play a very diverse ranging from drama, music, comedy, talk shows and more. To using the service from BeeTV, users are required to use phones that already technology “10M i-motion” and pay a monthly subscription fee. Unfortunately, this service can only watch the movie with duration about 10 minutes.
