Contact lens for diabetics

Researchers from the University of Western Ontario, has successfully created a contact lens for diabetics as a replacement for glucose meters. Contact lens will change color according to changes in levels of blood sugar (glucose) for people with diabetes. In this way hope those people with diabetes do not bother to check at any time and faster to find sugar at any time by change of color in the contact lens. There is no information whether the discovery of this contact lens will soon be mass produced or not, but certainly it’s a good news for diabetics.
