Company NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s lately launched cell phone solar power with the name DoCoMo SH-08A is the type of Solar Hybrid phone. Called Hybrid phone because this phone can be charged back with 2 way through the solar power and also using the regular adapter. Excellent feature of DoCoMo SH-08A is features waterproof and even drowned can not issue until the depth of 1 m (IPX5 * / IPX7**) for 30 minutes. This mobile phone is also resistant to water spray from all directions.
