Finally, the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa (formerly Burj Dubai) was officially opened

Finally, the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa (formerly Burj Dubai) was officially opened on January 4, 2010 despite the financial crisis still not good there. Burj Khalifa Building with height 828 m (162 floors), it took about almost 6 years (started in September 21, 2004). Inside this building there are hotel (Armani Hotel designed by Giorgio Armani), malls and other entertainment.

Oh yes, for some reason today they announced that it’s Burj Khalifa but not Burj Dubai.

Apparently the Burj Khalifa was initially not as high and has several times changed its design (5 times).
