Samsung Galaxy S Plus: Next generation with 1.4 GHz processor
There is a bit confusing news from Samsung this time. For whatever reason, although Samsung Galaxy S II which is the successor of Samsung Galaxy S will soon be sold, it did not make the Samsung to discontinue production of the Samsung Galaxy S series. Samsung Russia has confirmed the presence of the latest Samsung Galaxy S series and will be called Samsung Galaxy S Plus (Samsung I9001).
The most striking difference is the replacement of the processor in which when previously using the speed of 1 GHz, in Galaxy S Plus uses the 1.4 GHz (1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8255T).
Besides the processor, the battery capacity is also higher than 1500 mAh to 1650 mAh and internet speeds HSPA+ up to 14.4 Mbps.
There is no information whether the Sanding Galaxy S Plus will also be sold in other countries or not. In Russia alone, Samsung Galaxy S Plus will be launched this April with prices in the range of US $846.
