Maybe is this will be food delivery vehicles in the future or at least in Japan there? ULV (Ultra-Light Electric Vehicle) is a small car with a capacity of a person who weighs itself reaches only 72.6 kg. ULV designed by the Environmental Institute Waseda use electric engine with a capacity of 400 w which can go as far as 80 km with a one-time refill and has a maximum speed of 40 km/hr.

ULV is expected to be commercial vehicles such as delivery vehicles for food or even as an advertising medium like car ads. ULV own operational cost is relatively cheap, with a refill time of about four hours, once a refill costs claimed only about 35 yen (approximately US $0.5), compared with Toyota Prius rechargeableĀ  costs that can be 10x.

ULV is now used commercially as a food delivery vehicle in a eel restaurant in the business area Honjo, Saitama, where the excess can be designed ULV other is shaped in accordance with the relevant business.
