Yahoo Dislike Internet Explorer, Fact Or just incidental?

Although the story about acquisition of Microsoft — Yahoo subsided, apparently still had the bad impact that immediately was not lost that is relations between Microsoft and Yahoo that worsened.

This was seen like the picture above that was gotten from Techcrunch, was seen that the main Yahoo page that was undertaken with the Explorer Internet recommended Firefox. “Yahoo recommends upgrading to the NEW safer, faster Firefox 3,” said this advertisement.

Yahoo was still offering version from Internet Explorer in Downloads Page, but if use of Internet Explorer not the Seaman and was as fast as Firefox 3, why this link still active? Only a formality?
